Rather then curiosity, this is more like the common façade of a thinker… a thinker who is always in thinking mode, where survival is concern. No one really knows how our lives are being destined or planned and yet, we ourselves are the ones that determine or pre-determine of things we would want to have, person we would like to be with…
No more then a decade ago, ICT was a typical ‘MYTH’ and it was called upon as a ‘RAD’ or ‘FAD’. But, as the internet out grew itself to become the next Economic lifestyle, many of the older generations never thought that it would ever come to this, especially my old folks… heheheh…
And as years gone by, somehow they seemed to understand the ‘RULE of THUMB’ living in the new era, ERA of Information Technology. Who would’ve guess? Internet as we knew about a decade ago, was merely a transport of communication e.g. Emails… But as it grew wiser, it became the only thing that the whole world should know, Shopping, knowledge, information on products, services, companies showing portfolios, individuals writing their thoughts, politics, war technologies, automotive, spies and what not… truly amazing…
I for once, a pretty much self-taught individual, have performed various tasks in the industry which I think I should take somewhat credit for knowing things that perhaps, the Harvard or Oxford graduates and geniuses would know… and proud of that too.
In my country, I can summarise only one thing… the richer gets richer by the hour whereas the middle-class wage earner and those who are below that, would strive to make a living. Never can I imagine that bribery, crookedness would ever befell my beloved country. But that’s just how it goes… The winning territories are those who puts themselves or I would rather say, illuminate themselves in the crowd of ‘POLITICIANS’ and the likes, would benefit entirely of the country’s wealth… and if you are made to be one of those that the government has appointed, you would find yourselves being the centre of attention, be it business or any other means. A Politician needs Businessmen to enhance their position whereas likewise, the Businessmen needs a Politician to boost their financial insights or gains. In the end, the Losers are those who ‘VOTE’ for the ruling parties.
Yeah well, the most common deals with politicians nowadays, who would like to see the ‘Rakyat’ and nation flourish with wealth are actually myths nowadays. Theoretically speaking, none of these so called politicians would ever NOT take the chance and opportunity to rake the country’s richness and if they don’t, of course, it is just again, a MYTH. When there’s somewhat natural catastrophe that befell the country or the neighbouring country, there’d surely be somekind of donation that’s run by an NGO and a FUND will be setup the poor souls of the catastrophic accidents. SMS Gateways asking to donate via mobile phones, on TV, Radio, thee’ll be instantly produced advertisements that would ask the RAKYAT to become generous and lend a helping hand… well, believe you me, some of the money are really going to somebody’s pocket when the ‘RAKYAT’s least expect it…
So much for gaining our position in the country via means of wealth and yet, we do not see the poor souls and those who are dying of hunger, and I wonder, where does these leads us to…? As a citizen, I wish and pray that I could contribute more towards bettering the lives of others in need. I pray that one day, I would be given the opportunity to contribute, in my own way towards a whole world of goodness to the whole nation.
